A11 ayes. - carried. 8. Huhn Rights Commission Appointment Motion by Law, seconded by Anderson, that George A. Reske, 6838 Clinton Ave. be appointed on the Human Rights Commission to fill the unexpired term of Mrs. Geri Waterman, All ayes - carried. 9. House Moving Permit - 7328 Portland Ave. Victor Lofstrom, applicant for a house moving permit, appeared. Motion by Anderson, seconded by Luettinger, that consideration of the ap- plication of Victor Lofstrom be deferred to the meeting. of February 23, 1970. A11 ayes o carried. 10, "No Parking" Restrictions on County Streets Sam Fischer reported on a parking and traffic study on county roads and made recommendations for "no parking" restrictions. Motion by Anderson, seconded by Luettinger, that March 9, 1970 be set for hearing on traffic restrictions on county streets, and to authorize the clerk to advertise such a hearing.
