staff was held in the City Hall, 6700 Portland Ave., at 11:30 AoM., Monday,
Sept. 15, 1969.
The meeting was called to order by-the manager who announ~ced':tbat'the purpose
of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on the plantm
ing of Boulevard Trees as advertised in the official newspaper August 28, 1969.
