Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administrative
staff was held in the City Hall, 6700 Portland Ave., at 11: 3U A.M., Monday,
August 18, 1969.
The meeting was called to order~by the manager who announced that the purpose
of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on City Project
Nos. 611 and 612 - Concrete Curb and Gutter Construction as advertised in~the
official newspaper

Leo Jolly, city engineer Tom Moran, city clerk
The following bids were submitted and read aloud:

The city manager announced that the bids would be tabulated and considered by the
