Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Luettinger, Law and Olson as well as 0. J. Janski and Dan Rognrud, resident members. Absent: None. Also present: Vern Anderson, city assessor Wayne Johnson, county assessor Vernon Nyberg, 6324 Oliver Ave. S., appeared, stating he felt his valuation was too high for the area in which he lives. Mr. Anderson, city assessor, pointed out that there has been no change in valuation in 1969 on this pro- perty. It was recommended that the taxpayer apply for abatement procedures through the county.
