4. Hearing - 1969 Sidewalk Construction
It being 7015 P.M. Mayor Olson called for hearings on 1969 sidewalk
construction and read the notice of hearing.
A petition signed by 36 property owners protesting construction of side-
walk on Bloomington Ave. was presented. C -8013

Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger, that the council accept the
bid of McQueen Equipment, Inc. for_ the Pelican Model (with trade -in) at
$12,986.00 as recommended by the manager. All ayes - carried.
