Bids ~ Fence for Baseball Field Motion by Jacobeans seconded by Anderson, that the minutes of-the bid- openings Feb, 179.19699 on a fence for the baseball field at Donaldson Park be approved. All ayes - carried, C®7976 Motion by Luettinger9 seconded by Laws that the council accept the low bid of Designed Fencings Inc,s for $9769.50 as recommended by the manager. Discussion - Human Rights Commission Alternate Apptmt. A general. discussion was held on the advisability of creating an alternate posi~:ion for the Human R:i,ghte Commissions Mrs. Amram appeared in interest, Tt was agreed 'by the council not to create such a position. 1.0.
