parking, and Leigh Gardner, 6414 Nicollet Ave. appeared in opposition. Wes
Borgeson explained the Planning Commission's recommendation.
Motion by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen, that the hearing be closed. All
ayes - carried.'.'
The applicant agreed to maintain eight parking spaces the year around and
assured the council that only one doctor's office would be in the building.
Bill No. 1969-4 entitled: "AMENDMENT TQ APPENDIX "C", SECTIONS 3 AND 4 OF
THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA" was read by the city.

reading of Bi11 No. 1969-4, and that it be published in the official newspaper
in accordance with the city charter.

7 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINN., TO AUTHORIZE TOWING
AWAY OF VEHICLES PARKED ILLEGALLY IN FIRE ZONES" was read.by the city attorney,
the same being on file in the office of the city clerk. C-7958
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, that this constitute the second.
reading of Bi11 No. 1969-3.
