The applicant agreed to maintain eight parking spaces the year around and assured the council that only one doctor's office would be in the building. Bill No. 1969-4 entitled: "AMENDMENT TQ APPENDIX "C", SECTIONS 3 AND 4 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA" was read by the city. attorney, the same being on file in the office of the city clerk. C-7967 Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Andersen, that this constitute the first reading of Bi11 No. 1969-4, and that it be published in the official newspaper in accordance with the city charter. Bill No. 1969-3 (Towing of Vehicles Parked in Fire Zones) Bi11 No. 1969-3 entitled: "AMENDMENT TO CHAP7,'ER 9, SECTION 9.02, SUBDIVISION 7 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINN., TO AUTHORIZE TOWING AWAY OF VEHICLES PARKED ILLEGALLY IN FIRE ZONES" was read.by the city attorney, the same being on file in the office of the city clerk.
