12-23-1968CITY OF RI CHFIM Regular Meeting December 23, 1968 The council of the City of Richfield met in regular session in the council chambers of the City Hall, 6700 Portland Avenue, Honday, December 23, 1968 at 7:00 P.M. Rev. J. H. Longley, Ehnerson Congregational Church, gave the invocation. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Olson. Present. Anderson, Jacobsen, Luettinger, Randall and Olson. Absent: N one . 1. Minutes Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger, that the minutes of the regular meeting of December 9, 1968 be approved with the following correction: Page 3, Item 6, Wesley Borgeson, 6101 - 5th Avenue South, asked questions. W. Robert Gordon, 6937 Nicollet Avenue South, asked questions. All ayes - carried. 2. Reports Motion by Anderson, seconded by Randall, that the following reports be accepted and filed: Liquor Store Report, September 1968 C -7961 All ayes m carried. 3. Certificate of Appreciation to Councilman Kermit Randall Mayor Olson read a certificate prepared in the form of a resolution of apprecia- tion to Councilman Kermit Randall for his six years of service as Councilman.
