The council of the City of Richfield met in regular session irx the
council chambers of the City Hall, 6700 Portland Ave., Monday, July 22, 1968,

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Olson.

1. Minutes
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger, that the minutes of the xegu-
lar meeting of July 8, 1968 be approved, corrected as follows:
Page 6 -Item 12 a Delete ~~the need for' and substitute the proposed
location of ~t'. Also, Fage 6 - Item 1l~s Delete kennel licenses as granted to
Bros and Corniea.

Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Randall, th at the council authorize the
clerk to advertise for bids on black dirt and sod for Donaldson Park; bids to

6. Christian Park ~'onding Area
Robert Lien,. 7011 15th Ave. S., appeared representing petitioners opposed
to filling the pond in Christian Park and asked for reconsideration of the
council's action.
