Father William Dix, St. Richard's Church, gave the invocation. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Olson. Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Luettinger, Randall and Olson. Absent: None. 1. Minutes Motion by Randall, seconded by Anderson, that the minutes of ,the regular 1 meeting of April 22, 196$, be approved with the following addition on page 1: "In Washington, D. C. on business" as reason for Mayor Olson's absence from the meeting. All ayes -carried. 2.
