05-17-1968 BidCITY OF RICHFIELD Bid-Minutes April 17, 1968 STRE 'T ~.~EPER Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the adminis- trq{tive staff was held in the City Hall, 6700 Portland Ave., at 11:30 A.M., Wednesday, April 17, 1968. The meeting was called to order by the acting rra nager who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on a street sweeper for the City of Richfield as advertised in the official newspaper, March 28, 1968. Present: Philip Peterson, acting manager Tom Moran, city clerk Leo Jolly, city engineer Tim Jeffery, admin. asst.
