The meeting was called to order by the manager who.anrlounced that the purpose
of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids oh City Pro-
ject No. 565, paving of 76th St. from Portland Ave. to Cedar Ave, as advertised
in the official newspaper' Feb. 1, 1868.
