Rev,. Ray T. Johnson, Richf field Bvangelicai Free Church, gave the invoca- tion after a moment of prayer for the Randall family because of the death of Mrso Kermit Randall. Presents Anderson, Jacobsen, Luettinger and Olson. Absents Randall. 1. Minutes Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Anderson, that the minutes of the regu- lar meeting of Feb, 13, 1968 be approved. Application for Temporary Sign & Banners Mr. Stageberg, 7418 Portland Ave., sign erector, appeared relative to an ~.pplic~.tion from Sinclair Petroleum Products, 6600 Portland Ave., for temp®r~,rq sign and banners at 6600 Portland Ave. Motion by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen, that the request of Sinclair Pe® troleum Products, 6600 Portland Ave., for banners for 30 days and a temporaa~y sign for 5 days be granted at 6600 Portland Ave., and that a letter be sent t® Sinclair- Petroleum Products asking them to erect a privacy fence on the south end of the 1©t.
