Regular Meeting

The council of the City of Richfield met in regular session in. the council
chambers of the City Hall, 6700 Portland Ave., Tuesday, February 13, 1968 at
7;00 P.M,
Rev. Lowell A. Reinking, Church of Peace, gave the invocation.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Olson.
Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Luettinger and Olson.
