02-13-1968' CITY OF RICHF IBID Regular Meeting February 13, 1968 The council of the City of Richfield met in regular session in. the council chambers of the City Hall, 6700 Portland Ave., Tuesday, February 13, 1968 at 7;00 P.M, Rev. Lowell A. Reinking, Church of Peace, gave the invocation. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Olson. Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Luettinger and Olson. Absent: Randall.
