CITY OP RICHFIELD Regular Meeting January 22, 1968. The council ®f the City of Richf field met in regular session in the c®unciR chambers of the City Hali, 6700 Portland Ave., Monday, January 22, 1968 at 7000 P,M. Rev, Peter Unruh, Wooddale Baptist Church,. gave the invocation. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Olson. Presents Anderson, Jacobsen, Luettinger, Randall and Olson. Absents None. la Minutes Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger, that the minutes of the meetd ins of Jan. 8, 1968 be approved, corrected as foliowss Correct spelling of Carrol9: P, Wailer on page 3. All ayes carried. 20 Presentation of Certif icates Mayor Olson presented certificates of award to Harvey Chapman and John ~imacel~, members of the Planning Commission who recently resigned. ~o het Date of Hearing spec. Use Permit a 6500 Lynda l@ Ave. Two representatives from Nagel Restaurant, Inc., applicant, appeared. Motion by Randall, seconded by Luettinger, that the application of Elaine M0 Strom and Nagel Restaurant, Inc., for a special use permit at 6500 Lyndale Avem, be referred to the Planning Commission and the administrative staff set data of hearing upon receipt of their report.
