Rev, Peter Unruh, Wooddale Baptist Church,. gave the invocation. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Olson. Presents Anderson, Jacobsen, Luettinger, Randall and Olson. Absents None. la Minutes Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger, that the minutes of the meetd ins of Jan. 8, 1968 be approved, corrected as foliowss Correct spelling of Carrol9: P, Wailer on page 3. All ayes carried. 20 Presentation of Certif icates Mayor Olson presented certificates of award to Harvey Chapman and John ~imacel~, members of the Planning Commission who recently resigned. ~o het Date of Hearing spec.
