5, Discussion an Employees' Group Health Insurance .
Mr, Stevenson, consultant, appeared to explain the group insurance plan.
Motion by Anderson, seconded by Luettinger, that the council adopt the pro-
posed plan of Biue Cross and Biue Shield as presented. All ayes - carried.

indicated Richfielcl9s application being placed on ~. low priarity for processing,
and that the city would probably receive aid on this in .1969 or 1970 Tt was.xe-
quested that the city, manager arrange,a meting between the council and Mr. Bidem
and Mr, Ray Olson of the State Planning Agency to see why Richfield has such a low
priority, and to determine possible means for arranging earlier processiing of our
applic~tione
