The city counci 1 of the City of Richfield met in regular session in the
council chambers of the City Hall, 6700 Portland Ave., Monday, July 10, 1967,

Mayor Olson called the meeting to order.
Rev. Peter Unruh, 4Yooddale Daptiest Church, gave the invocation.

The discussion brought out that this is a transition area and produces
special spot zoning because of limited business in near area.
Councilman Luettinger feels that there has to be basic standards to go on
and he does not approve of any spot zoning,
