He did not favor the gran ting of a license to an additional company. Jack Daly, Sro asked for guidance for future license decisions of the council„ The attorneys explained that the concern of the Yellow Cab Co. was an undue oneo John Lamont, owner of the Red & White Cab Co., 328 16th St., stated he was -3- June 26, 1967 submitting an application for a license for six cabs in Richfield. FYe was asked if he had knowledge of the need for more licenses in Richfield and he stated that he hadn°t. He said he would probably maintain an office in Richf field, though he wasn°t certain.
