The meeting was called to order by Mayor Olson.

Jade Provos Hennepin County Commissioner, appeared to tails on county aid.for park

Cy Johnson, police chief, appeared before the council to explain the 1966
ann~aai, report on the police departments C~`?612
fee Poulter, fire chief, appeared before the council. to explain the 196~i
annual report on the fire department, C-7613
Retirement Hearing .
Several employees appeared in interests The attorney explained the old per-
sonnel ordinance relating to retirement and made comments He also read the pro-
posed ordinance on retirement with expianations,~
The following employees appeared with questions:

The council favors the combined ~SI~I-PBRA plan for retirement,
Motion: by ®lsonq seconded by Luettinger, that the first reading of the prop
posed amendment to the personnel ordinance be set for May 22nd, A11 ayes m carried,
Motion by Randall, seconded by Luettinger,. that the meeting be adjourned,. Ail
