The proposed 10 f t. change in proposed building set-back was not consi- dered a materiar change to the original application. Improvement to Legion Lake Area Lonnie Dye appeared representing Jaycees and offered that thirty members of the organization were ready to go to work to help develop Legion Lake under city supervision. Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Jacobsen, that the letters from the Jaycees dated April 10 and March 13, 1967 be accepted and filed, and. that the volunteers for park development be given instruction by the administration. Charles Sheehan, 401 W. 64~ St., appeared regarding the concern of fiood- ing of his property. Bob Swenson also appeared. Mr. Samuelson, engineer for Gunnar Ahlquist, (applicant for building permit) explained the proposal of the new building. Mr. 81m appeared. Motion by Randall, seconded by Luettinger, that the administration withhold granting of the build ing permit until the council is satisfied that all stipu.- lations have been met.
