Fames Marty, St. Paul co-owner of apartments in Richfield at ?4th and Oliver Ave., raised question of what is best use of the property, and Whether the rezoning would be submitted to the people. Richard Giese, Crestview Lane, Edina, owner of apartments, objected to additional cisnstruction of apartments. Brick.5undquist, 6420 Bloomington Ave., asked question regarding density in past ye~.rs. Robert Shaub, Storer Realty Co,, stated that the holders of the option on this property had explored all possible uses. Motion by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen, that the hearing be closed.
