CITY OF RICHFiBL13E Regular Meeting October 10, 1966 The council of the City of Richfield met in regular session in the council chambers of the City Hall, 6700 Portland Ave., Monday, October 10, 1966, at 7:00 P.M. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Olson. Presents Anderson, Jacobsen, Luettinger, Randall and Olson. Absent: None. Portland Cub Scouts, Pack #438 were in attendance accompanied by Mr. & [] Mrs. Lofstrom and Mr. Bckholm. 1.'
