Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Luettinger, and Olson, Absent: Randall, who had given verbal notice. ... Motion by Jacobsen, seconded bq Anderson, that $150,00 per month salary for the CiviY Defense Director be approved. Ail ayes - carried.. Motion by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen, that $360 salary for the cierk- typist fer Civil Defence be approved as recommended by the manager. Loren Lau spoke in reference to salary schedules. Robert Cook offered informati©n on tabulating machine positions. Motion by Andersoh, seconded by Jacobsen, that the council approve a salary of $360.00 for the keypunch operator and $380 for tab machine operator, also overtime estimate for the sewer billing and collection department, and 5%. . _. ........ increase on other empl®yees. Relative to the swimming pool, increasing rates was discussed and using retired citizens for traffic o~'ficer was discussed. The administration iss to look .into this and report by January or February of 1967, Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger, that the salaries for the swimming pool be approved as recommended by the manager. _... _. ....
