Mr. Johnson, attorney, represented the property owners and asked preserva- tion of right to rezone to commercial zoning within a year if a pro3eet for devel©pment were forthcoming in this period. Fred Kramer and three sisters appeared. Darrel Hoit, representing the Towle Co.,. asked for information as to re- zoning again within a year.
