Special Meeting
July 27, 1966
On due call and notice, the council of the City of Richfield met in the
council chambers of the City Hail, Wednesday, July 27, 1966, at 9:30 P.M~
Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Randaii and Olson.
Absent: Luettinger.
All Members of the Planning Commission were in attendance.
This was a ,point meeting with the Planning Commissi on to discuss the
need for a Comprehensive Plan for the City of Richfield. Discussion followed.
Motion by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen, that the council authorize the
Commission to screen consulting firms in preparation of an appiiaation for 701
Comprehensive Plan for the City of Richfield, All ayes - carried,
A staff person being made available to the consultant was discussed.
the council felt a planning firm should act as planner in charge. A
$4000 budget expectation for planning was discussed.
Motion by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen, that the meeting be ad3ourned.
Ali ayes - carried.
