In accordance with action taken at the meeting of July 15, 1966,, the council of
the~Ci.ty of Richfield met in the council chambers of the City Hail, 6700 Portland
Ave. at 7:00 P.M.

Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Luettinger, Randall, Olson, Janski and Rognrud.

Absent: None.
Deferred Business:
Sam Kaplan, attorney, represented Royal Car Wash at 6601 Bloomington Ave.. Clarence
Christian appeared in interest. The value of land at $1,'10 a sq. ft..was discussed.

.Motion by Olson, seconded by Randaii, that the value be reduced from $63,750 to
$57,750 with the reduction being on -the building. All ayes -carried.
The value of the Kramer property was discussed. No one appeared,

Mrs. Eugene Hopf, 6?24 Clinton Ave,, objected to $20,700 market value on her pro-
perty because of their variation between 7300 Lyndale Ave. and 6725. Lynwood.Bivd.
The market value on assessor's records was.from sales ~.nd. Mrs. Kopf stated that
they had paid $23,000. The assessor was instructed to get assessor's market value
on the above for the August 4th meeting.
Motion by Rog nrud, seconded by Jacobsen, that the value on 6724 Clinton Ave. be
left as it is. Ali ayes ~ carried.
Clarence Christian objected to land values at 15th Ave, and 66th St. and b6th St.
& 12th Ave. (1208 and 1212 E, 66th St.)
Motion by Olson, seconded by Jacobsen, that a rate of $1.10 per sq. f t. be set on
b6th &12th--Parcel 9050, Christian's Addition and Parcel 3500, Eliason's 4th Add.
Ail ayes -carried.
Motion by Olson, seconded by Randall, that action on the Kramer property be de-
ferred to August 4th and that the owners be notified. All ayes -carried.
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, that the meeting be adjourned to August
4, 1966, at ?:00 PoM, All ayes v carried.
