istrative staff was held in the Citp Hali, 6700 Portland Ave., at 11:30 A.M., Monday,
May-9th, 1966. _
11e meeting was called to order by the manager who announced that the
purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on Landscape
Plantings -City Hall as advertised in the off icial newspaper,April 28th, 1966.
