CITY OF RICHFIELD Bid~Opening May !~, 1966 Grading & Surfacing 76th street, From Penn Avenue to Garfield Ave. City P~ro~ect No. 539 Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the admin- istrative staff was held in the City Hall, 6700 Portland Ave., at 11s30 A.M., Wednesday, May !t, 1966. The meeting was called to order by the manager who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on grading and surfacing 76th Street, from Penn Avenue to Garfield Ave., as advertised in the official newspaper and Construction Bulletin April 1.l~. and April 21, 1966.
