Pursuant to requirements of Resolution Nq. 1415,. a meeting of the admin-
istrative staff was held in the City Hail* 6700 Portland At-e., at 11:30 A.M.,
Wednesday, April 6, 1966.
The meeting was called to order by the manager who announced that the
purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read a~logd, sealed bids on the
purchase of water meters as advertised in-the official newspaper, Mar. 17, 1966.
