The meeting was called to order by Mayor Olson.
Present: Jacobsen, Luettinger, Randall and Olson.
Absent: Anderson,
T. G. Evensen and non Perlich of T. G, Evensen & Associates Were present,

It being 5:00 P.M. Mayor Olson called for the bid opening on the refund-~

ing of btiYxls. None wets presented,
Mr~Evensen explained that technicalities of the market resulting from
the current interest rate being at a near ali~.time high as the reason for no
presentation of bids.
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger, that the meeting be adjourned.
