rsuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administrative staff was
he id in tha City Hall, 6700 Portland Ave., at 11:30 A.M., January 5, 1966.
The meeting was called to order by the manager who announced that the purpose of the meeting
was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on chemicals for the city of Richf field as
advertised in the official newspaper, December fib, 196x.
