Lyndale Ave«, dated Nov,. 26, 19b5 was read relative to a serious parking problem at the apartment complex at~ 75th & Lyndale Ave. The council discussed using city police 4n .this matter. The council recessed for 5 minutes and then reconvened with all members present. 15, Further Discussion on 6529 Penn Ave, (See Item 4~ On the request of Ray Tharp on special use permit at 6529 Penn Ave., a discussion was held on whether the Planning Commission could study this question for a December 27th hearing. John Simacek was of the opinJ.on that it would not be sufficient time for a proper study. 16. Commercial Bidg.
