The magor called the meeting to order, Presents Jacobsen, Luettinger, Randall and Olson. Anderson arrived late. .Absent: None. Capital Improvement Budget The manager presented the over-ail budget for 19b6. Streets The improvement of streets as presented in the proposed budget was discussed, Motion by Oison~ seconded by Luettinger, that a 3oint meeting be arranged with Edina administrative staff, county legislative staffs, Planning Commission invited with others free to attend for improvement of lterxes Aveo All ayes carried, Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Jacobsen, that concrete pavement on 76th St., Pe An t® Nicollet Ave., be approved as far as money is available.
