The Planning Commission report was discussed. Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, that the council defer action on this matter to give Mr. Melton a chance to furnish information to the Plannir~ Commission, meet with them, and work out code deviations. Po Guibrandson, 6132 Bloomington Ave. felt elimination of the bridge as the first step in annexation, Al Baumer, 6120 Bloomington, spoke in opposition.
