Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015., a meeting of the administra-
tion staff was held in the City Hall, 6700 Portland Ave., at 11:00 A.M.,
Tuesday, Apri1.20, 1965.
The meeting was tailed to order by the manager wlio announced that the purpose
of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on insurance
for the liquor stores as advertised in the official newspaper March 25, 1965.
