Planning Commission Report Stephen Miller and John Simacek appeared frorm the planning Commission. A discussion was held on density and area requirements for town houses and apartments, C-7505 Motion by Randall, seconded by Luettinger, that the attorney draw~an amendment to the apartment ordinance to include recommendations of the Planning Commission regarding town houses and apartments. Ali ayes - carried. 25. Claim fflr Damages - Samels A letter was presented from the city attorney relative to a claim against the city. Councilman Anderson abstained and was excused from voting, 26, Claim for Damages Involving Liquor Store Relative to a claim against the city for an aileged~sale of liquor to a minor covered as stated in a memo from the city attorney dated Feb. l6, 1965, a motion was made by Luettinger, seconded 'by Jacobsen, that the city settle with the claimant up to $2000 if necessary to avoid any further legal action.
