Planning Commission Report Stephen Miller and John Simacek appeared frorm the planning Commission. A discussion was held on density and area requirements for town houses and apartments, C-7505 Motion by Randall, seconded by Luettinger, that the attorney draw~an amendment to the apartment ordinance to include recommendations of the Planning Commission regarding town houses and apartments. Councilman Anderson abstained and was excused from voting, 26, Claim for Damages Involving Liquor Store Relative to a claim against the city for an aileged~sale of liquor to a minor covered as stated in a memo from the city attorney dated Feb. l6, 1965, a motion was made by Luettinger, seconded 'by Jacobsen, that the city settle with the claimant up to $2000 if necessary to avoid any further legal action.
