The council of the City of Richfield met in regular session, Monday, Janu® ary 25, 1965, in the council chambers of the City Hail, 6700 Portland Ave. at 7s00 P.M. The meeting was called to-order by Mayor Olson. Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Luettinger, Randall and Olson. Absent: None. Asst.
