The meeting was called to order by Mayor Olson. Present: Anderson, huettinger, Randall,and Olson. Absent: Jacobsen bout of town on business) Rev. Vern Lake, Baptist Church of our Saviour, gave the invocation, 1, Minutes; Mayor Olson suggested corrections in the minutes in the following items for Oct. 13, 1964: Item 17, 24, 26, 42, Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Anderson, that the minuted of the budget 1 hearing of Oct, 8, 1964 be approved, and the minutes of the regular meeting of Octs 13, 1964 be approved as corrected. Also, that petitions presented to the council at meetings be accepted by reference and automatically ordered filed, All ayes - carried. 2. Mr. Taaffe questioned any action of the council denying their re¢~ues~t since they meet the present code requirement. Jim Bodger offered information relative to Naegele Outdoor Adv. Co, Motion by Anderson; seconded by Luettinger, that action on the application for biliboa~rd signs at 805 W. ?7~ St.; ?05 W. 7?~ St., 6315 Cedar AVCe and ?609 Lyndale Ave. S. be deferred until the Planning Commission has made a study regardm ing the density on billboard type outdoor advertising signs.
