Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, that valuation remain as it is. Carried, David Holman, 7605 16th Ave„ S. (Plat 45314, Parcel 1000) thought $2600 increase excessive. Motion b~- Jacobsene seconded by Y.uettingere that there be no change in valuation. Ail ayes ~ carried. Charlotte Strom, 6700 Garfield Ave, CP1at 457408 parcel 1500 & 1550) felt area did not warrant increase. A4otion by Luettingere seconded by Anderson, that the assessor check the irregular shaped lot (6710 Garfield) and make any necessary change.
