The council of the Village of Richfield met as the Soard of Review in
the council chambers, 6700 Portland Aveos Monday, July 20, 1964, at ?a00 Porto
in accordance with action taken at the meeting of Juiy 14th.
Presents Anderson, Jacobsen and Luettinger.
Absent: Olson and Randall.
Councilman Jacobsen presided.'
Donald Jo Rauschs 6745 14 th Ave. So (Plat 46190, Parcel 4510) objected
to structure increase. Motion by Luettingers seconded by Anderson, that the
assessor check this area (6745 14th Aveo So); the administration to cheek
the rat problem and general neighborhood deterioration and report back to the
ccsuncil. A1I ayes m carried, Motion by Luettinger,. seconded by Anderson, that

Roger Leighton, ?014 14th Aveo (Plat 46006s Parcel 900) protested the
tax increase. Motion by Andersons seconded by Luettingers that the value re®

increase in land and structures.- Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Anderson,

peered. Motion by Anderson, seconded by Luettinger, that the values on the
above two properties remain the same. Include these lots in the request of
MSC to keep their lets in shape. All ayes o carried.

by Luettinger, that the value remain as is. All ayes carried.

The administration to look at 6320 Morgan Ave. for unsightly
condition. Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger, that the value remain

teen age incident around Superamerica Station should be checked. Motion by
Anderson, seconded by Luettinger, that the assessor make the valuation. A1]:

Motion by Anderson, seconded by Luettinger, that the market value be set at
$18,000.00. A11 ayes -carried,
Mr. Clasen, 6625 3rd Ave. S. (Plat 45810, Parcel 9000) appeared. Motion
by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen, that the value be set at $7500.00. Ail
ayes -carried.
J. B. Dvorak, 6303 14th Ave. S. (Plat 45940, Parcel 2000) appeared.
Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Jacobsen, that the valuation be reduced
$750 to $9000 on structure. Ali ayes - carried.
L. A. Woznicka, 6401 16th Ave. CPiat 45475, Parcel 1700) appeared with
questions.
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger, that the administration
contact all people who have registered to appear on July 30th, leaving only
20 with appointments. All ayes - carried.
The meeting then adjourned, the next meeting to be July 30, 1964.
