Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. ifll5, a meeting of the admina
istrative staff was held in the Village Hall, 6?00 Portland Ave. at 11x30
A.M., T4:esday, May 19, 1964.
The meeting was called to order by the manager who announced that the
purpose of the meeting was to -receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on
a fence for the tennis court at Donaldson Park as advertised in the official
newspaper April 30, 1964.

Leo Jolly, engineer Bd Moline, clerk-treas.
