S.a appeared in explanation of his re- quest to have a buffer fence adjacent to tot lot in Roosevelt Park to give him privacy. .~lso9 he reminded: the council that h® purchased the property with the idea 3.n mind that the area to the south of him would be developed residentially. The moving of the tot lot was discussed. Motion by Rands l19 seconded by Luettinger~ that the council grant author- ity to install a basketweave fence along the south line of property at-7601 I~th ~lve. ad~acer~t to the tot lots to be paid for out of the Public Works Re- serve Funds. The reason for the construction of the fence is based on tka fact that the property owner came to the area before the park, and the close proximity to the tot lot.
