Motion by Ltxettinger, seconded by Randall, that the council approve the contract with the Animal Rescue League dated Jan. 1, 1964, for patrol and kennel service for the village of Richfield for 1964. Levin, appeared as appii~ante George Kolinsky appeared as architect explaining that the building was to be constructed of brick exterior, of Colonial design, wi th garage to follow a similar design, No persons apm -3m Jan. 27, 1964 geared in opposition. Mayor 41son presented a "sound transmission" report from the village engineer dated January 23, 1964. Motion by Olson, seconded by Luettinger, that the engineers report on sound transmission be accepted and adopted a~ policy for apartments. Ali ayes -carried. C-7120 Councilman Luettinger recommended that the council adopt a policy of having a centralized antennae on each apartment building.. Ralph Wolf, applicant, appeared presenting a petition signed by seven neighbors who had no objection to the proposed construction of a second story on his house. W. J. Pipal, 7410 Clinton Ave®, appeared in favor. Motion by Randall, seconded by Anderson, that the council accept and file the statement signed by-seven neighbors having no ob3ection to the pro posed second story addition at 7414 Clinton Ave. All ayes carried.
