VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD BiddCApening December 13, 1963 200 SZOP SIGNS Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the adminis~ trative staff was held in the Village Haii, 6?00 Portland Ave. at 11:30 A,M., Friday, December 13, 1963. The .meeting was called to order by the village manager who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on 200 stop signs for the Village of Richfield as published in the official newspaper on November 28th, 1963. Present: D. R.-Van Krevelen, manager Robert Schaefer, admin. asst. Leo Jolly, village engineer Edward Moline, clerk-treas. Ken Comvay, chief inspector The clerk presented a total of two bids on stop signs and called for any outstanding bids.
