Af ter due call and notice the council met in special session and as a
Board of Canvass on 'Wednesday, October 23, 1963, in the Village Haii, 6700
Portland Ave., at 4;30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Olson.
Present: Anderson, Randaii and Olson.
Absent: Jacobsen and Luettinger.
Canvass of Results pf Primar~- Blection
The cler~C presented the tabulation of re turns and the official returns
of said election as follows:

After due consideration of said re turns it was moved by Anderson,
seconded by Randaii, that the following resolution be adopted; that it be
spread in the resolution book and that it be made a part of these minutes:

RESOLD TICK DETERMINING RESULTS OP VILLAGE PRIMARY BLBCTION
Poll of votes: Ayes - Anderson, Randaii and Olson. Nays - none. Absent -
Jacobsen and Luettinger~ Carried. This resolution appears as resolution
#3130 in resolution book X20.
