The council of the Village of Richfieic} met in regular session in the Viila.ge Haii* 6700 Portland Ave., Monday, October 14, 1963 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting was called to order by Mayor tTison. Preseritt Anderson, Jacobsen, Luettinger, Randall and Olson. Leo Jo11y served as acting manager in the absence of Mr. Van Rrevelen in attendance at the International City Manager's Convention. Absent: None.. Pastor Ray T. Johnson, Richfield Bvan. Free Church, gave the invocation. 1. Minutes; Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Luettinger, that minutes of the special meeting of Sept.. 30, 1963 be approved as corrected the name to Minn. Valley Women's Association, and adding Rich£ie 1d Tax Payers' Assn in attendance, and the minutes of Oct. 7 be corrected regarding atterxiance vote on salary for assessor-clerk position and sanitarian position.
