09-23-1963VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD Regular Meeting September 23, 1963 The council of the Village of Richf ieid met~in regular session, Monday, Sept. 23, 1963, in the council chambers of the Village Haii, 6700 Portland Ave. at 7s00 P.M. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Olson. Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Luettinger, Randaii and Olson. Absent: None. Rev. Harold Grindai, Oak Grove Lutheran Church, gave the invocation. 1. Minute Motion by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen, that the minutes of the regu- tar meeting of September 9, 1963, and the special meeting of September 16, 19639 be approved. Ali ayes - carried. 2.
