The f oilowing points were brought up with the idea of receiving a legal
interpretation before making a decision as to whether they are to be included
in the ordinances
1. Prohibition of outside stairways.

2. Bscape clause on density raised.
3. Limitations on use of eaeterior building materials.
4. Lar:dscapirng as a part of off®street parking contract.
®ther points raised were: type of lighting for parking iota; requirement
on electrical ail grounded wiring.
