Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. lO1S, a meeting of the adman®
istrative staff was held in the Village Hall, 6700 Portland Ave., at
i1r30 A.M., Tuesday, June 18, 1963,
The meeting was called to order by the acting village manager who an-
nounced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read
aloud, sealed bids on a police car as advertised in the official newspaper
on May 29, 1963..
