05-13-1963/I VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD Regular Meeting May 13, 1963 The council of the Village of Richf field met in regular session, Monday, May 13, 1963, in the council chamb ers of the Village Hall, 6700 Portland Ave,, at 7:00 P.M. . The meeting was called to order by Mayor Olson. Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Randall, Reese and Olson. Absent: None. The council observed a moment of silence in respect to the memory of former mayor Met Preeburg who recently was deceased. Reverend Vern Eake, Baptist Church of Our Saviour, gave the invocation, 1.
